You are assured of a relaxing stay in our cottage which is a listed building in a superb location. The cottage is
situated beside the National Trust Downhill Estate, a short distance from the beach and
Castlerock Championship Golf Course. To the front of the cottage are views of Castlerock
beach with Portstewart and Portrush in the distance. At the back is an enclosed paved area with a barbeque, table and chairs overlooking
fields and some of the features of the Downhill estate.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, a living room with wood-burning stove and a kitchen/ dining
are well-equipped with modern appliances.
Local activities include golf, cycling, walking, fishing and horse-riding. There are
many items of historical interest in the area including Hezlett House, Mussenden Temple and the
Martello Tower at Magilligan Point. The many attractions of the Causeway Coast such as the
Giants Causeway and the Rope Bridge at Carrick-a Rede are close at hand.
